Abstract: Suppose is a tracial von Neumann algebra embeddable into (the ultraproduct of the hyperfinite -factor) and is an -tuple of selfadjoint generators for . Denote by the microstate space of of order . We say that is tubular if for any there exist and such that if then there exists a unitary satisfying for each We show that the following conditions are equivalent: 1) is amenable (i.e., injective). 2) is tubular; 3) Any two embeddings of into are conjugate by a unitary u in .
