Abstract: The Jarlskog Invariant Jumap of the neutrino mapping matrix is calculated based on a phenomenological model which relates the smallness of light lepton masses me and m1 (of u1) with the smallness of T violation. For small T violating phase chil in the lepton sector, Jumap is proportional to chil, but me and m1 are proportional to chil2. This leads to . Assuming sqrtfracm1m2m32<<sqrtfracmemmu, we find Jumapcong1.16imes102, consistent with the present experimental data.
