The purpose of the author in this paper is to address the quantization of web geometry. The paper determines linear quantum quasigroup structures that provide comultiplications to extend the semisymmetrization multiplication of a linear quasigroup. In particular, if the linear quasigroup structure comes from a real or complex plane, a complete classification of the quantum semisymmetric comultiplications is provided by the author, based on the solution of a system of cubic equations. Quantum quasigroups provide a self-dual unification of quasigroups and Hopf algebras, in the general setting of symmetric monoidal categories. Linear quantum quasigroups are quantum quasigroups in categories of vector spaces or modules over a commutative ring, with the direct sum as the Cartesian monoidal product. Classical web or net geometry is the study of spaces that decompose -- globally or locally -- in multiple ways as products of smaller spaces. A prime motivation of the author for the work of this paper is the ongoing search for a ``pregeometry as a spacetime geometry that is quantized at the Planck length of \(10^(-38)\) miles. Thus, the problem of quantizing web geometry emerges as a potentially important part of the general problem of appropriately quantizing spacetime.
