Relative controllability for delayed linear discrete system with second-order differences

Utilizing the concept of discrete delayed matrix functions, authors obtained a criterion of relative controllability for delayed linear discrete system with second-order differences and a relevant control function. It is also an extension of the system considered in reference [\textit{J. Diblík} and \textit{K. Mencáková}, IEEE Trans. Autom. Control 65, No. 12, 5472--5479 (2020; Zbl 07320121)].
