An even measure $\mu$ on $S^{n-1}$ is said to be isotropic if \[ \int_{S^{n-1}}u\otimes u d\mu(u) = I_n. \] The main results in the paper under review are the following Ball-Loomis-Whitney type inequality and its dual version for even isotropic measure. \par The author shows that for an origin-symmetric convex body $K$ and an even isotropic measure $\mu$ on $S^{n-1}$, \[ |K|\geq \frac{2^n}{n!} \exp \left\{\int_{S^{n-1}}\log \rho_K(u)d\mu(u)\right\} \] and \[ |K|\leq 2^n \exp\left\{ \int_{S^{n-1}}\log h_K(u)d\mu(u)\right\}. \] Both inequalities are sharp and equality conditions are completely characterized. The results presented here are additions to the family of $L_p$ Ball-Loomis-Whitney inequalities and dual $L_p$ Ball-Loomis-Whitney inequalities established by \textit{A.-J. Li} and \textit{Q. Huang} [Bull. Lond. Math. Soc. 48, No. 4, 676--690 (2016; Zbl 1351.52006); Adv. Appl. Math. 75, 94--115 (2016; Zbl 1336.52008)].
