The author defines G-Dedekind prime rings to be prime Noetherian maximal orders in which every reflexive \(R\)-ideal is invertible. Consider the ring \(T = \begin{pmatrix} R & V \\ W & S \end{pmatrix}\) of a Morita context, where \(R\) and \(S\) are rings, \(V\) is an \((R, S)\)-bimodule, and \(W\) is an \((S,R)\)-bimodule such that \(VW = R\) and \(WV = S\). Assume that \(T\) is a prime Goldie ring. The main result of this paper states that \(T\) is a G-Dedekind prime ring if and only if \(R\) and \(S\) are both G-Dedekind prime rings.
