The radial index of an isolated singular point of a (stratified) vector field or a 1-form on a singular variety was introduced and studied in previous articles by the authors [Geom. Dedicata 113, 231--241 (2005; Zbl 1110.14004); in: Global aspects of complex geometry. Berlin: Springer. 129--169 (2006; Zbl 1124.32012)]. In particular, they proved a generalization of the Poincaré--Hopf theorem which states that the sum of these indexes on a compact variety is equal to the Euler characteristic of the variety. On the other side, for a singular variety with an action of a finite group \(G\) one can define an \textit{equivariant} Euler characteristic as an element of the representation ring of the group \(G\), or, more generally, as an element of the Burnside ring \(B(G)\) of the group \(G\) [\textit{T. t. Dieck}, Transformation groups and representation theory. Lecture Notes in Mathematics. 766. Berlin-Heidelberg-New York: Springer-Verlag (1979; Zbl 0445.57023)], [\textit{J.-L. Verdier}, Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 101, 441--445 (1973; Zbl 0302.57007)]. In the paper under review, the authors define an equivariant version with values in the Burnside ring of the radial index, prove a Poincaré-Hopf type theorem, and discuss its properties. Then a similar construction for an equivariant GSV-index is described in detail.
