This article finalizes the series of works started by the authors [ibid. 333, No. 1, 389--434 (2015; Zbl 1314.35188)] and rigorously considering the solution space for partial differential equations arising in conformal field theory in the context of Schramm-Löwner evolution, directly connected with percolation problems. In addition to previous works in this series, the main feature of this one is the topological consideration of the process. In particular, the arc connectivities in polygon diagrams are considered and illustrated in details. The interplay of microscopic properties of such systems with conformal field theory is discussed as well. For Part II and III see [the authors, ibid. 333, No. 1, 435--481 (2015; Zbl 1314.35189); ibid. 333, No. 2, 597--667 (2015; Zbl 1311.35314)].
