In the context of random conformal iterated function systems with countable alphabet and arbitrary overlaps, the authors prove, under a mild assumption of finite conditional entropy, the dimensional exactness of the projections of invariant measures from the shift space. They deal simultaneously with two new, and qualitatively different, issues: infinite alphabet (rather than finite), and random (rather than deterministic) choice of contractions. In particular, randomization allows them to obtain new types of fractal sets defined by series of random variables.
