A (non-homogeneous) Cantor set in the real plane is constructed as follows: Let us be given a sequence \((a_n)_{n \geq 1}\) with \(\underline{A}\leq a_n \leq \overline{A}\) for some constants \(0<\underline{A}\leq\overline{A}< 1/2\). Start with the unit square and replace it in the first step by four squares of side length \(a_1\) situated in its corners. Each of these squares is than replaced in the same manner by four squares of side length \(a_1 a_2\), and so on. Denote the limit set by \(K=K_{(a_n)}\). The paper deals with the harmonic measure on the complement of such sets \(K\). The harmonic measure of a domain is supported on its boundary and can be regarded as the distribution of the exit points of a Brownian motion starting at some (any) point of the domain. It is shown that the Hausdorff dimension of the harmonic measure of the complement of \(K_{(a_n)}\) is a continuous function of the parameters \((a_n)\). This result extends to fractal subsets with similar construction procedure of the plane or higher dimensional Euclidean spaces.
