Let \(G\) be the split simple Lie group \(G_2\). The article considers the standard induced representation of \(G\). It studies the intertwining operator on some subspaces of the induced representation. Using the formula of the intertwining operator, it obtains the limit of the unitary irreducible \(G\)-representations.
