Using the cuda technology to speed up computations in problems of chemical kinetics
From MaRDI portal
The authors consider a problem of chemical kinetics, which is a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The nonlinearity is due to the product of actine concentrations in the right-hand side. The focus is on solving the problem numerically using the Runge-Kutta method and parallel computing (CUDA language and GPU).
