This is the second part of a study that begins in [\textit{T. Valkonen}, SIAM J. Math. Anal. 47, No. 4, 2587--2629 (2015; Zbl 1325.49053)], where novel Lipschitz transformation techniques were proposed for proving jump set containment properties for a general class of first-order regularizers. In the current paper, these techniques are extended to higher order regularizers. In the case of the Total Generalized Variation (TGV) the property is shown to be valid under three additional hypotheses involving local boundedness, while the jump set containment property for second-order Infimal Convolution Total Variation (ICTV) holds when the dimension is 2. Another result worth mentioning presented in this paper is the fact that the singular part of \(Du\), as the second parameter of the second order total generalized variation tends to zero, vanishes, even if some numerical discretizations would not hint towards this. Experimental results are provided as well.
