The purpose of this paper is to study many server limits for multi server queues that allow for customer abandonment. A number of theorems, lemmas and proofs for convergence and uniqueness are developed and illustrated with the help of mathematical footings. But no numerical experiments are performed for illustration. It is an interesting foundational paper.
