The paper deals with Sobolev-Morrey interior regularity of solutions to the equation \[ \sum_{i,j=1}^{p_0} a_{ij}(x)X_iX_ju+a_0(x)X_0u=f(x), \] where \(X_0,X_1,\ldots,X_{p_0}\) are left invariant real vector fields on a homogeneous group \(G\) that satisfy the Hörmander rank condition, \(X_1,\ldots,X_{p_0}\) are homogeneous of degree one while \(X_0\) is homogeneous of degree two. The principal coefficients \(a_{ij}\) are real valued, bounded measurable functions defined in \(G\), satisfying the uniform ellipticity condition and \(a_0\) is bounded away from zero. It is supposed moreover that all the coefficients are VMO-functions with respect to the subelliptic metric induced by \(X_0,X_1,\ldots,X_{p_0}.\) The authors obtain local Sobolev-Morrey estimates by proving boundedness on Morrey spaces for singular integrals in homogeneous type spaces and emplyoing interpolation results in Sobolev-Morrey spaces.
