Let \(d\geq 1\) be an integer and \(\{w_n\}_{n\geq 0}\) be the Walsh system on \([0,1)\). For an integrable function \(f\) on \([0,1)^d\), the associated rectangular partial sums of the \(d\)-dimensional Walsh-Fourier series are given by the formula \[ S_{n_1,\ldots,n_d}(f)(x)=\sum_{j_1=0}^{n_1-1}\cdots \sum_{j_d=0}^{n_d-1} \widehat{f}(j_1,\ldots,j_d)\Pi_{k=1}^d w_{j_k}(x_k), \] where \(x=(x_1,\ldots,x_d)\in[0,1)^d\) and \[ \widehat{f}(j_1,\ldots,j_d)=\int_{[0,1)^d} f(x)\Pi_{k=1}^d w_{j_k}(x_k)\,dx. \] Let \(\alpha\in(0,d)\) and \(I_\alpha\) be the fractional integral operator with respect to the Walsh-Fourier series \(S_{n_1,\ldots,n_d}(f)\) on \([0,1)^d\). In this paper, via a Bellman-function-type method, the following sharp weak-type estimate is obtained: \[ \|I_\alpha(f)\|_{L^{d/(d-\alpha),\infty}([0,1)^d)}\leq \frac{2^d-1}{(2^{d-\alpha}-1) (2^\alpha-1)}\|f\|_{L^1([0,1)^d)}. \]
