This paper is devoted to the boundary behavior of non-negative solutions to the equation of a non-linear parabolic operator with linear growth in a non-tangentially accessible domain. The authors prove a backward Harnack inequality and the Hölder continuity up to the boundary of quotients of non-negative solutions vanishing on the lateral boundary. Moreover, if a natural Riesz measure supported on the lateral boundary is associated to each solution, they prove a doubling property for this measure. Some of the arguments are general enough to be applied to general fully non-linear parabolic partial differential equations of second order.
