In a series of works by the author (see for instance [Acta Appl. Math. 78, No. 1--3, 251--271 (2003; Zbl 1038.11059); Izv. Math. 74, No. 3, 515--539 (2010); translation from Izv. Ross. Akad. Nauk, Ser. Mat. 74, No. 3, 79--102 (2010; Zbl 1200.11067)]), the universality in Voronin's sense for the certain zeta-functions with periodic coefficients are obtained (a beautiful survey of universality is given by \textit{K. Matsumoto} [in: Number theory. Plowing and starring through high wave forms. Proceedings of the 7th China-Japan Seminar, Fukuoka, Japan, October 28 -- November 1, 2013. Hackensack, NJ: World Scientific. 95--144 (2015; Zbl 1381.11070)]). This article is devoted to the investigation of universality for a class of functions on a collection of periodic and periodic Hurwitz zeta-functions with algebraically independent parameters, i.e., it is proved the universality of compositions \(F(\zeta(s,{\mathcal{A}}_1),\dots,\zeta(s,{{\mathcal A}_{r_1}}),\zeta(s,\alpha_1,{\mathcal B}_1),\dots,\zeta(s,\alpha_{r_2},{\mathcal B}_{r_2}))\) for a classes of operators \(F\) fulfilling the Lipschitz conditions, and some fixed matrix conditions for the coefficients of periodic sequences \({\mathcal A}_1,\dots,{\mathcal A}_{r_1}\), \(r_2 \in \mathbb R^n\) (here \({\mathcal B}_k\) is another periodic sequence of complex numbers, \(k=1,\dots,r_2\), \(r_2 \in\mathbb R^n\)).
