The author considers the problem of the dynamical reconstruction of a variable unknown input of a fracrtional differential equation. This problem belongs to the class of inverse problems. A solving algorithm that uses inaccurate measurements of a solution of this equation at discrete time instants is designed. This algorithm is based on constructions of feedback control theory and it is stable with respect to informational noises and computational errors. An error analysis is also performed.
