This paper is a study of Maurer-Cartan elements on homotopy Poisson algebras. Let us recall that a homotopy Poisson algebra is a graded commutative algebra with an \(L_\infty\)-structure whose brackets satisfy the Leibniz rule. In this work, the authors unify several twisted and homotopy structures in Poisson geometry. They begin with some recalls about the relevant notions and results. They obtain a Lie-quasi-Poisson groupoid from a 2-term \(L_\infty\)-algebra, which enables them to construct a new 2-term \(L_\infty\)-algebra from a given one. Many interesting examples are then explicitely described.
