The author studies holomorphic Bergman-Besov kernels on the ball. For \(\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\), he introduces the weighted measure \[ d\nu_\alpha (z)=c_\alpha (1-|z|^2)^\alpha d\nu(z)\, , \] where \(d\nu\) is the Lebesgue measure on the unit ball \(\mathbb{B}_n\) and \(c_\alpha\) a suitable normalization constant. Then for \(\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\), \(p \in ]0,+\infty[\), and a non-negative integer \(N\) such that \(\alpha +p N> -1\), he denotes by \(A_\alpha^p\) the Bergman-Besov space of holomorphic functions in \(\mathbb{B}_n\) such that \[ (1-|z|^2)^N \partial^m f(z)\in L^p(d\nu_\alpha)\qquad \mathrm{if}\;|m|=N\, . \] When \(\alpha >-1\) the Bergman space \(A_\alpha^2\) is a reproducing kernel Hilbert space with kernel \[ K_\alpha(z,w)=\frac{1}{(1-<z,w>)^{n+1+\alpha}}\, . \] Then the author proves estimates for the oscillation of the kernel \(K_\alpha\) and, as an application, characterizes the holomorphic Bergman-Besov spaces in terms of double integrals of \[ \frac{|f(z)-f(w)|}{|z-w|}\, ,\qquad \frac{|f(z)-f(w)|}{|1-<z,w>|}\, . \] The obtained results provide, in particular, a derivative-free characterization of \(A_\alpha^p\) when \(\alpha \leq -1\).
