Let \(A\) be a general expansive matrix on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) (also called a dilation matrix), that is, with all its eigenvalues \(\lambda \in \mathbb{C}\) such that \(|\lambda|>1\). And let \(H_A^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) denotes the anisotropic Musielak-Orlicz Hardy space associated with \(A\) defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function as \[H_A^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)=\{f\in \mathcal{S}'(\mathbb{R}^n): \ M_N(f) \in L^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n) \}, \] where, for any \(N\in \mathbb{N}\), \(M_N(f)\) is a suitable non-tangential grand-maximal function depending on \(A\), and \(L^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) is the Musielak-Orlicz space associated to an anisotropic growth function \(\varphi:\mathbb{R}^n\times (0,\infty)\longrightarrow (0,\infty)\) equipped with the Luxemburg quasi-norm \[\|f\|_{L^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)}:=\inf \left\{\lambda \in (0,\infty): \int_{\mathbb{R}^n)} \varphi \left(x,\frac{|f(x)|}{\lambda}\right) \ dx\leq 1 \right \}.\] The main result of this paper consists of establishing a new molecular characterization of \(H_A^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\). As applications, the boundedness of integral anisotropic Calderón-Zygmund operators from \(H_A^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) to itself or to Musielak-Orlicz space \(L^{\varphi}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) is obtained.
