Given a finite group \(G\), consider the category \(sOp^G_\ast = Op_\ast(sSet^G)\) of single-colored operads in the category \(sSet^G\) of simplicial sets with a \(G\)-action. One of the key upshots of \textit{A. J. Blumberg} and \textit{M. A. Hill} [Adv. Math. 285, 658--708 (2015; Zbl 1329.55012)] is that the preferred notion of weak equivalence in \(sOp_\ast^G\) is that of graph equivalence, i.e., those maps \(\mathcal{O}\to \mathcal{P}\) in \(sOp^G_\ast\) such that the fixed point maps \(O(n)^\Gamma\to P(n)^\Gamma\) for \(\Gamma \le G \times\Sigma_n\) such that \(\Gamma\cap \Sigma_n = \{\ast\}\) are Kan equivalences in \(sSet\) with the symmetric group \(\Sigma_n\) on a set of \(n\) elements. The existence of a model structure on \(sOp^G_\ast\) with weak equivalences given by the graph equivalences was established independently as a particular case of either the authors [Algebr. Geom. Topol. 20, No. 6, 2687--2778 (2020; Zbl 1476.55044)] or \textit{J. J. Gutiérrez} and \textit{D. White} [Algebr. Geom. Topol. 18, No. 5, 2919--2962 (2018; Zbl 1406.55002)]. \par The main result in this paper, extends the graph equivalence model structures of from the context of single-colored operads to the context of \(G\)-operads \(sOp^G_{\mathfrak{C}}\) with any fixed \(G\)-set of colors \(\mathfrak{C}\). By specifying to the family of graph subgroups (or, more generally, one of the indexing systems of Blumberg and Hill), the authors obtain model structures on the category of equivariant simplicial operads with a fixed set of colors, with weak equivalences determined by norm map data.
