Under the conditions of the main result of Part I [see the preceding review Zbl 0703.20043] the author proves his main result: The isomorphism f can be chosen such that \(f(x)=hxh^{-1}\) or \(f(x)=hx'h^{-1}\) for all \(x\in P\) where h is a linear transformation of V and \(x'\) is the transpose of the inverse matrix of x.
