Let \(\mathbb{K}\) be an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(0\) that is complete with respect to an ultrametric absolute value, let \(f,g\) be meromorphic functions in \(\mathbb{K}\) (resp. in a disk \(d(a,R^-)\)), let \(\alpha\) be a small meromorphic function with respect to \(f\) and \(g\) (where ``smallness'' is defined in terms of the ratios of the Nevanlinna function of \(\alpha\) to those of \(f\) and \(g\)), and let \(P\) be a polynomial of uniqueness for meromorphic functions in \(\mathbb{K}\) (resp. in \(d(a,R^-)\)). Then the authors show that if \(f^\prime P^\prime(f)-\alpha\) and \(g^\prime P^\prime(g)-\alpha\) have the same zeroes (counting multiplicity) in \(\mathbb{K}\) (resp. in \(d(a,R^-)\)), then \(f=g\), provided some conditions on the multiplicity of the zeroes of \(P^\prime\) hold. They prove different theorems for different sets of conditions. The paper is well written and the list of references is comprehensive.
