Let \(g\) be a Lie algebra and \(h\) an abelian Lie subalgebra of \(g\). A solution \(r : h^{\ast}\rightarrow g \otimes g\) of the (so-called) classical Yang-Baxter equation (satisfying some other reasonable conditions) is called a classical dynamical \(r\)-matrix. An important and difficult question is whether any classical dynamical \(r\)-matrix is quantizable. In particular, quantizations of an \(r\)-matrix give solutions of the famous quantum dynamical Yang-Baxter equation. For general semisimple Lie algebras \(g\), quantizations were recently found [\textit{D. Arnaudon, E. Buffenoir, E. Ragoncy} and \textit{Ph. Roche}, Lett. Math. Phys. 44, No. 3, 201-214 (1998; Zbl 0973.81047); \textit{M. Jimbo, H. Konno, S. Odake} and \textit{J. Shiraishi}, Transform. Groups 4, No. 4, 303-327 (1999; Zbl 0977.17012); \textit{P. Etingof, T. Schedler} and \textit{O. Schiffmann}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 13, No. 3, 595-609 (2000; Zbl 0957.17011)]. However the general quantization problem still remains open and the problem of classification of quantizations has not yet been touched. In the present paper, the author studies the quantization problem for general classical triangular dynamical \(r\)-matrix \(r : h^{\ast}\rightarrow \wedge^2 g\). These matrices are in one-to-one correspondence with regular Poisson structures on the manifold \(h^{\ast}\times G\) which are invariant under left \(G\)- and right \(H\)-actions. Adapting some ideas from Drinfel'd's quantization of triangular Lie bialgebras [\textit{V. G. Drinfel'd}, Sov. Math. Dokl. 28, 667-671 (1983; Zbl 0553.58038)], the author uses Fedosov's method of construction and classification of star products on a symplectic manifold [\textit{B. Fedosov}, J. Differ. Geom. 40, No. 2, 213-238 (1994; Zbl 0812.53034)] to prove the existence of a quantization of non-degenerate triangular dynamical \(r\)-matrices (for which \(h^{\ast}\times G\) is a symplectic manifold) and to classify these quantizations by the relative Lie algebra cohomology \(H^2(g,h)[[\hbar]]\). Existence of quantizations is also proved for splittable triangular dynamical \(r\)-matrices, which are similar to non-degenerate triangular dynamical \(r\)-matrices.
