The present paper mainly investigates associative Rota-Baxter operators and associative Nijenhius operators in the context of associative conformal algebras, and present more precise properties of \(\mathcal{O}\)-operators and Nijenhius operators on associative conformal algebras. Moreover, using the derived bracket construction of Kosmann-Schwarzbach and a method of Uchino, the author constructs a graded Lie algebra that characterizes \(\mathcal{O}\)-operators. This characterization leads the author to study the cohomology of \(\mathcal{O}\)-operators under the case of associative conformal algebras.
