The authors continue the work of \textit{D. Bartošová} et al. [J. Eur. Math. Soc. (JEMS) 24, No. 4, 1353--1388 (2022; Zbl 1485.05176)] and they develop the theory of Fraïssé limits for classes of finite-dimensional multi-seminormed spaces, which are vector spaces equipped with a finite or infinite sequence of seminorms. They define a notion of a Fraïssé Fréchet space and use the Fraïssé correspondence in this setting to obtain many examples of such spaces. They provide a Fraïssé theoretic proof of the existence of the spaces constructed by \textit{C. Bargetz} et al. [J. Funct. Anal. 272, No. 5, 1876--1891 (2017; Zbl 1361.46002)], which is the analogue of Gurarij Banach space, and has a suitable sequence of seminorms which is approximately ultrahomogeneous. The study of universal Banach and Fréchet spaces was initiated by Banach and Mazur. The Gurarij Banach space is universal for separable Banach spaces and has additional properties. \textit{W. Lusky} [Arch. Math. 27, 627--635 (1976; Zbl 0338.46023)] showed that the Gurarij space is unique up to isometry. The authors also identify and prove an approximate Ramsey property for various classes of finite dimensional multi-seminormed spaces using known approximate Ramsey properties of normed spaces. A version of the Kechris-Pestov-Todorčević correspondence [\textit{A. S. Kechris} et al., Geom. Funct. Anal. 15, No. 1, 106--189 (2005; Zbl 1084.54014)] for approximately ultrahomogeneous Fréchet spaces is also established and it is used to obtain new examples of extremely amenable groups. In particular, it is shown that the group of surjective linear seminorm-preserving isometries of the Fréchet space of Bargetz et al. [loc.\,cit.]\ is extremely amenable.
