    Let \(\mathbb{R}^n,\) \(n\) \(\geq 2\), be the \(n\)-dimensional Euclidean space and \( \mathbb{S}^{n-1}\) be the unit sphere in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) equipped with the normalized Lebesgue measure \(d\sigma \). Let \(P\) be a real polynomial. Let \( \mathbb{T}\) be the oscillatory singular integral operator \[ \mathbb{T}f(x)=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}e^{iP(x-y)}\Omega (x-y)\left| x-y\right| ^{-n}f(y)\,dy, \tag{1} \] where \(f\) is initially in \(\mathcal{S}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) and \(\Omega \) is a homogeneous function of degree zero on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) that satisfies \[ \int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}\Omega (x)d\sigma (x)=0. \tag{2} \] The boundedness of the operator \(\mathbb{T}\) on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\), under various conditions on the function \(\Omega \), has been investigated by many authors. For example, see \textit{S. Z. Lu} and \textit{Y. Zhang} [Rev. Math. Iberoam. 8, No. 2, 201--219 (1992; Zbl 0786.42007)], \textit{Y. S. Jiang} and \textit{S. Z. Lu} [Harmonic analysis in China. Dordrecht: Kluwer Academic Publishers. Math. Appl., Dordr. 327, 135--145 (1995; Zbl 0837.42004)], \textit{F. Ricci} and \textit{E. M. Stein} [J. Funct. Anal. 73, 179--194 (1987; Zbl 0622.42010)], among others. In this paper, the authors extend these \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\) boundedness results on \(\mathbb{T}\) to the Triebel-Lizorkin spaces \(\dot{F} _p^{\alpha ,q}\). They prove the following two main results: Theorem 1.1. Let \(\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\), \(1<p,q<\infty \). Let \(P\) be a polynomial with \(\nabla P(0)=0\), and \(\mathbb{T}\) be defined as in (1). If \( \Omega \in L\log ^{+}L(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})\) and satisfies (2), then the operator \(\mathbb{T}\) is bounded on \(\dot{F}_p^{\alpha ,q}\), that is \[ \left\| \mathbb{T}f\right\| _{\dot{F}_p^{\alpha ,q}}\leq C(1+\left\| \Omega \right\| _{L\log ^{+}L(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})})\left\| f\right\| _{\dot{F} _p^{\alpha ,q}} \] where \(C\) is a constant which depends only on the degree of \(P\) but not on its coefficients. If \(\nabla P(0)\neq 0\), the authors prove the following boundedness result on the space \(F_p^{\alpha ,q}\) which is the inhomogeneous version of the Triebel-Lizorkin space \(\dot{F}_p^{\alpha ,q}\). Theorem 1.2. Let \(\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\), \(1<p,q<\infty \). Let \(\Omega \) and \(\mathbb{T}\) be as in Theorem 1.1. (1). If \(P\) is a polynomial with \(\nabla P(0)\neq 0\), then the operator \(\mathbb{T}\) is bounded on \(F_p^{\alpha ,q}\), that is \[ \left\| \mathbb{T}f\right\| _{F_p^{\alpha ,q}}\leq C(1+\left\| \Omega \right\| _{L\log ^{+}L(\mathbb{S}^{n-1})})\left\| f\right\| _{F_p^{\alpha ,q}} \] where \(C\) is a constant which depends on \(\alpha\), \(p\), \(q\), \(n\), but not on the coefficients of \(P\).
