The condition numbers of the outer generalized inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) and of the generalized inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) solution of constrained linear systems are studied. A formula for the latter and upper and lower bounds on the former are given. Condition number sensitivity is also studied, and the estimates are extended to componentwise perturbations.
