This paper is a continuation of the authors' earlier work on the study of a tower of algebras with coherent cellular structure. The new input here is the Jucys-Murphy operators. The focus here is the triangularity property of the action of the Jucys-Murphy operators. Their method yields a uniform proof of this property in some examples like Jones-Temperley-Lieb algebras, Brauer and BMW algebras and their cyclotomic analogues.
