In this paper the authors suggest new criteria for the density property. This enables a new proof of the Andersén-Lempert result and to establish the algebraic density property for all linear algebraic groups with connected components different from tori or \(\mathbb C_+\). The main ingredients to establish the density property are the following: first the existence of a non trivial \(\mathbb C[X]\)-module \(L\) over \(\mathbb C[X]\) (regular functions on the algebraic variety \(X\)) in \(\text{Lie}_{\text{alg}}(X)\), the algebra generated by completely integrable holomorphic vector fields. Second with some homogeneity property of \(X\), increase \(L\) so that it coincides with the \(\mathbb C[X]\)-module of all algebraic vector fields. The authors also develop technique to check this compatibility condition.
