Let \(S\) be a semigroup with the set \(E(S)\) of all idempotents. One more generalization of Green's relations is considered. For every \(\emptyset\neq U\subseteq E(S)\), the relation \(\widetilde{\mathcal L}_U\) is defined as follows: \(\widetilde{\mathcal L}_U=\{(a,b)\mid\forall e\in U\;(ae=a\Leftrightarrow be=b)\}\). \(\widetilde{\mathcal R}_U\) is defined dually. A semigroup \(S\) is called weakly \(U\)-abundant if every \(\widetilde{\mathcal L}_U\)-class and every \(\widetilde{\mathcal R} _U\)-class contains idempotents of \(U\). If in addition \(\widetilde{\mathcal L}_U\) is a right congruence and \(\widetilde{\mathcal R}_U\) is a left congruence, the semigroup \(S\) is said to satisfy the Congruence Condition (C). Some properties of such semigroups are given. The main result is a structure theorem for weakly \(B\)-abundant semigroups with (C), where \(B\) is a band. The technique of spined products of semigroups is used. It is shown that a weakly \(B\)-superabundant semigroup with (C) is a semilattice of rectangular bands of monoids.
