The authors consider the following parametric families of elliptic curves \[ E_T:Y^2=X^3+f(T)X+g(T),\;f(T),g(T)\in\mathbb{Z}[T] \] where \(T\) is chosen from a set \(\mathfrak{T}\) which is defined by some multiplicative conditions such as primes or multiplicative subgroups of \(\mathbb{F}_p^{\times}\). If \(E\) is an elliptic curve, the Frobenius angle \(\psi_p(E)\) of \(E\) at a prime \(p\) is defined by \[\cos\psi_p(E)=\frac{a_p(E)}{2\sqrt{p}},\] where \(a_p(E)\) is the trace of Frobenius of \(E\). The authors prove that for several families \(E_T\) of elliptic curves and for several sets \(\mathfrak{T}\), the Frobenius angles are distributed according to the Sato-Tate density in the family \(E_T\).
