    For \(k>0\), \(k \in \mathbb Z\), the Arakawa-Kaneko zeta function \(\xi_k(s,a)\) is defined by the Mellin transform integral \[ \Gamma(s)\xi_k(s,a)=\int_{0}^{\infty}t^{s-1}\frac{{\text{Li}}_k(1-e^{-t})}{1-e^{-t}}e^{-at}dt, \quad \mathrm{Re} (s)>0 \;\text{and } \mathrm{Re}(a)>0, \] where \[ {\text{Li}}_k(z)=\sum_{m=1}^{\infty}\frac{z^m}{m^k} \] is the \(k\)th order polylogarithm function. The function \(\xi_k(s,a)\) can be defined as generalized harmonic number series, i.e., for \(n \geq 0\), \(n\in \mathbb Z\), \[ \xi_k(n+1,a)=\sum_{m=0}^{\infty}\frac{m! P_n(h_m^{(1)}(a),...,h_m^{(n)}(a))}{(m+1)^{k}a(a+1)...(a+m)}, \quad \mathrm{Re}(a)>0, \] where \(P_n(x_1,...,x_n)\) denotes the modified Bell polynomial defined by \[ \exp\bigg(\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}x_n\frac{t^n}{n}\bigg)=\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}P_n(x_1,...,x_n)t^n, \] which is evaluated at generalized harmonic numbers \[ h_m^{(n)}(a)=\sum_{j=0}^{m}\frac{1}{(a+j)^n}. \] A \(p\)-adic adaptation of an everywhere convergent series for the Hurwitz zeta-function was introduced by Hasse [\textit{H. Hasse}, M. Z. 32, 458-464 (1930; JFM 56.0894.03)], and therefore \(p\)-adic analogues \(\xi_{p,k}(s,a)\) of these functions are constructed. For example, it is shown that, for every number \(n \geq 0\), \[ \xi_{p,k}(-n,a)=\bigg(\frac{\langle a\rangle}{a}\bigg)^n(-1)\mathbb B_n^{(k)}(a), \quad |a|_p>1. \] Here \(\mathbb B_n^{(k)}(a)\) is the poly-Bernoulli polynomials expressed in terms of weighted Stirling numbers of the second kind \(S(n,m|a)\), i.e., \[ \mathbb B_n^{(k)}(a)=(-1)^n\sum_{m=0}^{n}\frac{(-1)^mm!S(n,m|a)}{(m+1)^k}. \] Using the same method, a \(p\)-adic Lerch transcendent is obtained.
