The author completes the description for all the left cells of the affine Weyl group \(W_a\) of type \(\widetilde F_4\) by applying an algorithm designed earlier [Tôhoku Math. J., II. Ser. 46, No. 1, 105-124 (1994; Zbl 0798.20040)] and by finding a representative set of its left cells together with all its left cell graphs (or with all the associated essential graphs) in each of its two-sided cells. The generalized \(\tau\)-invariants of left cells of \(W_a\) are exhibited graphically. Also, he gives a group-theoretical interpretation on the numbers of left cells of \(W_a\) in some two-sided cells. This, together with the earlier results of others, completes the description of the left cells for all the affine Weyl groups of rank \(\leq 4\). As a consequence, he completes the verification of a conjecture concerning the characterization of left cells of Weyl groups and affine Weyl groups, which was proposed by the author [in loc. cit.].
