As a continuation to their earlier paper [\textit{N. Gantert} et al., Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 65, No. 2, 187--228 (2012; Zbl 1264.60062)], the authors study diffusions for particle systems in a random reversible environment subject to a small external forcing. A fluctuation-dissipation type theorem and the continuity of effective variance are derived by characterizing weak steady states, steady states, and their derivatives at a vanishing force.
