The problem of closed-loop identification of nonlinear time-varying systems is considered. The nonlinear controller is considered to be incorporated into the closed-loop output error identification scheme. A family of identification algorithms in continuous-time and in a terministic noise-free environment is derived. A stability analysis in this context is provided. The case of model perturbation by noise and the existence of high-order terms in the Taylor series expansions is discussed. Some convergence results based on passivity concepts are presented. The work could be of interest for all specialists working in the area of nonlinear closed-loop system identification and adaptation.
