The author considers a certain 4-dimensional sub-Lorentzian structure. It is proved in Theorem 26 that a family of surfaces satisfying a certain differential condition is space-like, and their 4-dimensional sub-Lorentzian Hausdorff measure is computed. In addition, the horizontal sub-Lorentzian 4-dimensional Hausdorff measure of a more general family is computed in Theorem 34.
