Since Anosov and Bowen established the shadowing property forty years ago, many attempts have been made and a number of partial results have been obtained to understand the association of this property with the similar concept of structural stability. In this paper the authors show that in the case of vector fields, (1) the Lipschitz shadowing property is equivalent to the structural stability, and (2) the Lipschitz periodic shadowing property is equivalent to the \(\Omega\)-stability. Since the second and the third author obtained the analogous results for diffeomorphisms two years ago [Nonlinearity 23, No. 10, 2509--2515 (2010; Zbl 1206.37012)], the long story seems to be completed.
