Necklace rings were introduced by \textit{N. Metropolis} and \textit{G.-C. Rota} [Adv. Math. 50, 95--125 (1983; Zbl 0545.05009)]. The author introduces the necklace ring functor from the category of special \(\lambda\)-rings in the category of special \(\lambda\)-rings and studies the Adam operations (they coincide with the Frobenius operators). The logarithmic function was introduced by \textit{R. M. Bryant} [J. Algebra 253, 167--188 (2002; Zbl 1075.17004)] to explain the properties of Lie module functions of free Lie algebras. Let \(G\) be a group, \(K\) a field, \(V\) a \(KG\)-module and \(L(V)\) the free Lie algebra generated by \(V\). The Lie module function \(L(V)\) is a formal \(q\)-series \(\Sigma_{n\geq 1} [L(V)_n] q^n\) whose coefficients \([L(V)_n]\) are in the Green algebra \(\Gamma_K(G)\) of \(G\) over \(K\). Bryant has shown that there exists a unique logarithmic function induced by \(L(V)\) on \(q\Gamma_K(G)[[q]]\). In the case of a so called Grothendieck Lie module function, he has shown that there exists also a unique logarithmic function and gave an explicit form of it. Here the results of Bryant are extended to the case of graded Lie superalgebras with a group action by applying the Euler-Poincare principle.
