    The author addresses the problem of the existence of at least one global weak solution for a system of partial differential equations which correspond to chemotaxis-fluid interactions. The main feature of the system considered is a combination of the power-law diffusion coefficient $D(n) = mn^{m-1} $, where $n$ is the cell density, and the sensitivity function is matrix-valued.
