Uniform convergence estimates for a collocation method for the Cauchy singular integral equation (Q1366815): Difference between revisions

A Cauchy singular integral equation with constant coefficients is considered. The convergence and the stability of the collocation and the discrete collocation method for the above equation with weakly singular perturbation kernels in some weighted uniform norms are proved. Moreover, uniform error estimates are obtained.
