The author proves the existence of a symmetric (61, 16, 4) design admitting an automorphism of order 15 that consists of four cycles of length 15. The design is also proved to be unique up to isomorphism. The proof proceeds in two steps, where first the unique orbital structure of such a design is determined, which is then used in an extensive computation to prove the existence and uniqueness of the design. The automorphism group of this design is of order 270 and is represented in the paper in terms of its generators.
