An upper bound of the number of isolated zeros of the Abelian integral \(I(h)\) in the weakened Hilbert's 16th problem for quadratic integrable systems is estimated. According to \textit{H. Zoladek} [J. Differ. Equations 109, 223--273 (1994; Zbl 0797.34044)], the quadratic centers are divided into as follows: 1. Hamiltonian 2. Hamiltonian triangle 3. Reversible 4. Codimension four 5. Generalized L-V. For the 1st and 2nd cases, the number of zeros of \(I(h)\) has been estimated under general quadratic perturbations by \textit{I. D. Iliev} [Bull. Sci. Math. 122, 107--161 (1998; Zbl 0920.34037)] and he proved that the cyclicity of the periodic annulus of the systems is at most 3. In this paper, the author gives an upper bound of the mentioned number for reversible and codimention four-quadratic centers (the 3rd and fourth cases) under general polynomial perturbations. The main result is: The number of isolated zeros of the Abelian integral \(I(h)\) is less or equals \(5[(n-1)/2]\), \(n\geq 3\), for one of the two systems with the mentioned centers, and \(\leq 21n-12\), \(n\geq1\), for the other one, respectively. For \(n=1,2\), \(I(h)\) has at most 4 zeros for the first system.
