Let \(p\in C[x]\) be a polynomial, \(\lambda\) a complex number. The complex vector space spanned by functions \(x^{\lambda_i}p_{ij}(x)\) is called the space of quasi-polynomials and the complex vector space spanned by functions \(x^u_a q_{ab}(u)\) is called the space of quasi-exponentials. The authors define integral transforms which establish a correspondence between spaces of quasi-exponentials and spaces of quasi-polynomials under certain conditions. The integral transforms are analogs of the bi\-spectral involution on the space of rational solutions to the KP hierarchy [\textit{G. Wilson}, Invent. Math. 133, 1--41 (1998; Zbl 0906.35089)]. As a corollary of the properties of the integral transforms a correspondence between solutions to the Bethe ansatz equations of two dual quantum integrable models is obtained, where one is the special trigonometric Gaudin model and the other is the special \(XXX\) model.
