Let \((M,g,J)\) be a spin Kähler manifold and denote by \(\Sigma M\) the complex spinor bundle. Let \(p_+: TM\to T^{1,0}M\), \(p_-:TM\to T^{0,1}M\) be the projection maps, acting as \(p_+(X)={1\over 2}(X- iJX)\), \(p_-(X)={1\over 2}(X+ iJX)\). A pair \((\psi,\phi)\) of sections of \(\Sigma M\) is called an \(\alpha\)-Kählerian Killing spinor, \(\alpha\in\mathbb{C}\), if for every vector field \(X\), one has \(\nabla_X\psi= -\alpha p_-(X)\cdot\phi\), \(\nabla_X\phi= -\alpha p_+(X)\cdot\psi\), \(\nabla\) denoting the Levi-Cività connection. An \(\alpha\)-Kählerian Killing spinor is said to be imaginary if \(\alpha\in i\mathbb{R}^*\). The authors give a detailed description of Kähler spin manifolds admitting nontrivial imaginary Kählerian Killing spinors. Firstly, one observes that there is no restriction in assuming \(\alpha=i\). The study of \(i\)-Kählerian Killing spinors was initiated by K. D. Kirchberg, who proved that, if \((M,g,J)\) admits a non-trivial \(i\)-Kählerian Killing spinor, then \((M,g)\) is Einstein with negative scalar curvature and its complex dimension \(n\) is odd. Moreover, if \(n=3\), then the holomorphic sectional curvature is constant. In this paper, the authors study the critical points of the length function \(|\psi|\) of \(\psi\). At first, they prove that, if \((M,g)\) is connected and complete, then \(|\psi|\) has at most one critical value, which is a minimum, and the corresponding set of critical points is a Kähler totally geodesic submanifold of \(M\). A whole family of Kähler manifolds admitting non-trivial \(i\)-Kählerian Killing spinors is described. All these manifolds arise as doubly warped products over Sasakian manifolds. These examples include some Kähler manifolds with non-constant holomorphic sectional curvature, as well as the complex hyperbolic space, which is characterized within the family. Finally, the authors give a partial classification of Kähler manifolds with non-trivial Kählerian Killing spinors.
