In this paper the authors generalize some results concerning transformation Lie algebroid structures and Lie algebroid morphisms to the case of graded geometry. Thus, the authors define the notion of \(L_{\infty}\) action of an \(L_{\infty}\) algebra over a graded manifold \(M\). A \(Q\)-manifold is a graded manifold equiped with a \(homological\) vector field i.e. a degree 1 vector field \(Q\) such that \(Q^{2}= \frac{1}{2} [Q,Q]=0\). The main result of the paper states that if \(\mathfrak g \) is a finite dimensional \(L_{\infty}\) algebra and if \(M\) is a graded manifold, there is a one-to-one correspondence between \(L_{\infty}\) actions of \(\mathfrak g\) on \(M\) and homological vector fields on \( \mathfrak g [1] \times M\) for which the projection map \( \mathfrak g[1] \times M \rightarrow \mathfrak g [1]\) is a \(Q\)-manifold morphism. Several definitions, constructions and examples necessary for the understanding of the paper are also presented.
