Let \(L\) be a finite Laguerre plane. The group \(\mathrm{Aut}(L)\) of automorphisms of \(L\) acts on the set of generators. The kernel \(\Delta\) of that action is a normal subgroup. The plane \(L\) is said to be an elation Laguerre plane if \(\Delta\) acts transitively on the set \(C\) of circles. It is known that the order of a finite elation Laguerre plane is a power of a prime, moreover all known finite elation Laguerre planes are ovoidal and their are even Miquelian if the order is odd. It is not clear if non ovoidal finite elation Laguerre planes can exist. In the present paper, the authors complete a previous result obtained in [the authors, Innov. Incidence Geom. 13, 207--223 (2013; Zbl 1307.51005)] and prove that a finite elation Laguerre plane with an automorphism group acting two-transitively on the set of generators is Miquelian.
