The author considers the problem of robust stabilization for interconnected systems of the form \[ x_i(k+1)= (A_i+\Delta A_i)x_i(k)+ \sum_{i \neq j} (A_{ij}+\Delta A_{ij})x_j (k-h_j)+(B_i+ \Delta B_i)u_i(k) \] \[ y=C_ix_i,\;i=1,\dots,N \] with the uncertainties \(\Delta A_i\), \(\Delta A_{ij}\), \(\Delta B_i\) subject to quadratic restrictions. The decentralized robust controllers are given by \(u_i=-K_ix_i\). The stability conditions are obtained in terms of some linear matrix inequalities using a quadratic Lyapunov function. An example accompanied by simulation results is given.
